Job summary

Fidium is seeking a Vendor Manager to oversee the performance of contractor technicians and ensure SOW and invoicing quality. This exempt role may be remote and requires coordinating with contract managers, field supervisors, and foremen to keep a 150+ downline on track.

You will act as a single point of contact in regular meetings, monitor on-time arrivals, KPI scores, and dispatch status, and manage onboarding/offboarding, garage moves, and vendor communications.

Qualifications

• Experience managing vendor performance against a Statement of Work (SOW) and invoices.
• Ability to interface with multiple stakeholders including contract managers and field teams.
• Strong understanding of quality and safety inspections.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for vendor needs.
• Monitor on-time arrivals and dispatch status compliance.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and schedule changes for vendors.
• Collaborate with dispatch to allocate field resources.
• Maintain KPI discussions and resolve blockers.
• Oversee damage communications and on-site inspections.
• Conduct field quality and safety inspections.
• Perform post-installation customer follow-up calls.
• Review and audit invoices for accuracy.
• Charge back vendors when misalignment with SOW.
• Review suspensions for validity and address issues with vendors.
• Participate in regular cross-team meetings to align policy and process.
