Job summary

Fidium is recruiting a remote-friendly Vendor Compliance and Field Operations Lead to manage and assure quality across vendor technicians, with an approximate downline of up to 150. You will interface with contract managers, field supervisors, and owners to ensure SOW alignment and performance.

In this role, you will monitor key metrics such as on-time arrivals, NPS, and dispatch status, and oversee onboarding, invoicing, and escalations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large projects and programs with ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Strong planning, organizing, and controlling of departmental activities.
• Ability to advise and escalate issues to subordinates and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for vendor(s) for field-related needs and internal communication.
• Monitor on-time arrivals, NPS, suspended work, and dispatch status; implement corrective actions.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, schedule changes, terminations, and vendor needs.
• Coordinate field resources with dispatch; track garage order activity and release dates.
• Discuss KPIs, PIPs, roadblocks, and success stories with vendors and internal teams.
• Oversee damage escalations, site inspections, and customer communications; ensure quality control.
• Conduct field quality and safety inspections and post-installation follow-ups with customers.
• Review invoices for accuracy against SOW; apply chargebacks for discrepancies.
• Ensure suspensions are justified; maintain alignment across departments in policy discussions.
