Carrington Mortgage Services in the United States is seeking a Vendor Management Supervisor to direct the Vendor Management Specialists in selecting, monitoring and assessing third-party vendors for mortgage operations. The role focuses on compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and regulations while leading nationwide teams in a remote environment.

The approved Target Pay Range is $71,000 - $85,000 and requires 5+ years in mortgage servicing or vendor management with leadership experience.

Formación

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of mortgage servicing, auditing, finance, compliance or vendor management work experience.
• A minimum of three (3) years in a lead or supervisory role with a team of two or more people.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing, negotiating, and enforcing vendor contracts and service level agreements.
• Management reporting experience.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in complex remote environment managing team members and vendors nationwide.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Visio
• Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills.
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the daily activities of the Vendor Management staff, set performance expectations, provide guidance and foster collaborative team culture to ensure meeting individual and department expectations.
• Regularly monitor and assess continuous compliance of all third-party vendors to regulatory and company internal policies.
• Conduct ongoing evaluation of vendors’ adherence to all contractual obligations, including SLAs and overall compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead and motivate the vendor management staff, manage work distribution, and provide staff coaching and development opportunities.
• Maintain and evaluate department policies and procedures, forms, reports, training material, job aids and checklists, and collaborate enhancements as needed with internal stakeholders.
• Ongoing evaluation of department reports and vendor management system to maximize department effectiveness and quality.
• Conduct and socialize results of performance assessments with staff to identify strengths and areas of opportunity on a frequent basis.
• Oversee vendor risk assessments and due diligence documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage monthly vendor scorecard reviews, including consumer complaints or security incidents, and address performance issues.
• Oversee annual re-certification packages and develop documents to address common issues with vendors.
• Oversee onboarding and termination processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policy compliance.
• Review exception reports and improve reporting processes.
• Review and respond to internal and external audit requests.
• Oversee review of on-site audit reports and remediation tracking.
• Manage escalated matters from staff and stakeholders.
• Present escalated concerns to upper management as appropriate.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
