Pax8 is hiring a Vendor Enablement Specialist to translate vendor strategy into effective sales enablement and storytelling for our teams and partners across the United States. You’ll connect vendor knowledge to practical resources, turning product changes into actionable content and learning experiences that drive better seller performance.

Bring experience in sales/partner enablement and a knack for turning complex information into clear messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, or vendor program management.
• Ability to translate product, pricing, packaging changes into clear, actionable content.
• Proven facilitation skills and experience creating learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Comfort working across Sales, Marketing, Product, Partner Success and Enablement teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vendor story and keep enablement content fresh and accessible across platforms.
• Create and deliver engaging webinars, trainings, bootcamps, and field experiences for Pax8 teams and partners.
• Be the trusted internal resource for Sales and Marketing to quickly find vendor knowledge.
• Translate product, pricing, and packaging changes into practical sales messaging.
• Coach teams on positioning, discovery conversations, and handling objections.
• Spot winning approaches and recurring challenges to improve enablement resources.
• Measure impact through participation, certifications, asset adoption, and outcomes.
