Job summary

Quincy Compressor, a global leader in compressed air solutions, seeks a Vehicle Segment Sales Representative to drive growth in the retail and direct account vehicle market. You will join the Commercial Sales team and report to the Commercial Sales Manager, developing strategies to expand share and profitability while delivering high-quality customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Sales, Professional Selling, Business Development, or Marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and profitability targets.
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in business-to-business sales in the retail channel.
• Retail merchandising and marketing experience.
• Experience in automotive and internet sales is a plus.
• Must have knowledge of compressors and compressor systems.
• Strong consultative and solution‑selling skills.
• Must be a self‑motivated, team player, action oriented, trustworthy, ethical, and a problem solver.
• Ability to create and manage marketing plans and strategies.
• Strong financial acumen with an understanding of margin, pricing, and profitability.
• Must be willing and able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and profitability targets for equipment and related service products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the vehicular services channel.
• Drive profitable sales by maintaining pricing discipline and focusing on margin improvement.
• Helping locate, contact, qualify and secure business with existing or potential commercial customers.
• Expand share of wallet within existing accounts through cross-selling and up‑selling solutions.
