Job summary

Axon is seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead deployments of Vehicle Intelligence and ALPR solutions for public safety customers across the United States. You will install, configure, validate, and support systems during trials and pilots, acting as the onsite technical lead to ensure successful adoption.

This field-based role requires collaboration with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams, plus hands-on training for agency staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years deploying, configuring, or supporting technology in public safety or related industries.
• 3+ years hands-on ALPR experience.
• Experience with fixed-position ALPR camera deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting across networking, hardware and software.
• Experience with public safety agencies and law enforcement workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, validate, and support Vehicle Intelligence and ALPR systems during trials and deployments.
• Lead on-site technical efforts for evaluations and ensure successful execution.
• Provide onboarding and technical training for agency administrators and end users.
• Troubleshoot field hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Create deployment documentation, site assessments, and post-trial reports.
• Collaborate with PS Managers, Solutions Engineers, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
