Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. seeks a Consultant to drive Implementation Excellence for life sciences clients, focusing on Vault CRM Events Management. You will deliver compliant, end-to-end event solutions—from speaker programs to roundtables—utilizing automation and packaged solutions for speed and accuracy.

You will align with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners to ensure smooth handoffs and ongoing value realization through post-implementation success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise SaaS/Cloud implementations of event management solutions.
• Understanding of Life Sciences commercial event operations and data integration patterns.
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, communicate complex architectural ideas simply, and challenge customers constructively.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with a Keep It Simple mindset.
• Lead and execute software implementations using prescribed best practices, standardized packages, and automation tools.
• Develop deep proficiency in the Vault Platform and Vault CRM Events Management to configure solutions and manage data migration.
• Guide customers through the end-to-end event lifecycle—from planning to budget tracking and compliance reporting.
• Work closely with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners to ensure smooth handoffs and feed feedback into direction.
• Take accountability for project deliverables, manage risks, and maintain focus to meet milestones.
• Deliver services that establish foundations for post-implementation adoption and ongoing customer success.
