Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Managed Services Consultant to support live R&D Vault customers with remote, ongoing, ad-hoc consulting. This role focuses on post-go-live support, solutioning, and configuration to meet customer needs, without travel requirements.

As part of the Professional Services team, you’ll partner with life sciences customers to deliver tailored Vault solutions, train users, generate reports, and maintain environments. Travel opportunities exist occasionally for internal events.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software.
• Customer service or consulting experience.
• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and articulate potential solutions.
• Experience fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to switch tasks quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-go-live administrative support for multiple clients
• Solutioning and configuration of Vault applications to meet customer needs, including but not limited to workflows, document types, security, fields, page layouts, and notifications
• Bulk import/export of content and data
• Ad hoc training of users and administrators
• Analysis and deployment of new product features
• Maintenance of production and sandbox environments
• Creation of regular and ad hoc customer reports
