Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Therapy Development Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for PVH vascular therapies across diverse settings. The role requires travel within the territory, after-hours availability, and collaboration with Therapy Development Representatives to drive adoption and utilization of new technologies.

You will train physicians, nurses, and staff, perform case coverage, and contribute to market development and account launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years relevant experience
• Associate’s Degree with 6+ years relevant experience
• High School Diploma with 8+ years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical expertise and hands-on procedural support for vascular technologies.
• Deliver urgent case coverage for PVH carotid and thrombectomy therapies.
• Support adoption and utilization of new technologies through training and guidance.
• Assess customer needs and address objections to maximize value of vascular solutions.
• Lead training events and product demonstrations; educate physicians and staff.
