Job summary

TridentCare is hiring for a Vascular Dispatch Representative to support our mobile diagnostics team. This remote role requires residence within 50 miles of Columbus, OH, and offers a daytime schedule Monday through Friday with EST hours.

You will relay case information to field nurses, dispatch to the tech team, and provide excellent customer service to regional accounts. The role demands accuracy, high-volume call handling, and cross-training flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience/training acceptable.
• Solid communication (verbal, written, listening) and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational abilities.
• Professional demeanor and appearance; flexible and adaptable to change.
• Ability to build relationships and motivate others; customer service oriented.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assign Nurses to proper general areas and facilities as per schedule.
• Page Nurses for STAT, ASAP and PRIORITY cases.
• Notify Nurses and clients of delays and priorities.
• Cross-train into Customer Service as needed.
• Answer phones promptly (within 3 rings) and manage overflow orders.
• Dispatch calls to Techs and coordinate field activities.
