Responsibilities

• Dispatches all orders for services to field personnel within 15 minutes of entry.
• Operate general computer use and basic office skills to complete tasks.
• Ensure cases are dispatched, picked up, and processed per policies.
• Coordinate with Phlebotomists, management, and riders to ensure service quality.
• Maintain full documentation of issues during the shift and investigate when needed.
• Notify Dispatch Manager of difficult issues immediately.
• Assist with high-volume calls and team collaboration to reduce stress.
