Job summary

TridentCare is hiring a remote Customer Service Representative who must reside within 50 miles of our Columbus, OH office. You'll handle customer orders by phone, provide courteous service, and document interactions in our system. Multiple shifts available and training for cross-functional roles.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to type 35–40 WPM. Medical terminology knowledge is a plus; benefits available for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
• Able to type 35–40 WPM.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders by telephone.
• Ensure all customer requests are handled promptly and professionally.
• Cross-train in other call center positions as needed.
• Document activity in the DDF system and follow up with customers.
