TridentCare is seeking a remote CSR who must reside within 50 miles of the Columbus, OH office. The role handles customer orders by phone and delivers prompt, courteous service. Training includes cross-training in other call center tasks and daily documentation in the DDF system to ensure accurate order processing.

The ideal candidate types 35–40 wpm, communicates clearly, and has a HS diploma with strong problem-solving skills. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits.
