Job summary

TridentCare is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for a remote role that must be within 50 miles of our Columbus, OH office. Weekend shifts are available and scheduling will be discussed during interviews.

The CSR will handle customer orders by phone, deliver courteous service, and document activity in our system. Training includes cross-training for other department tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Remote work requires high-speed internet.
• Typing 35–40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders by telephone.
• Handle about 110 customer interactions per 8-hour shift after 4 months.
• Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers.
• Document activity to the DDF system.
• Cross-trained to other positions and perform duties as needed.
