Job summary

Wanderwell Collective is seeking Vacation Planning Coordinators to join our remote team. You will assist clients in planning vacations by arranging flights, hotels, cruises, and other travel details, while coordinating itineraries and staying in close contact with suppliers.

This role emphasizes organization, communication, and a customer‑service mindset. You’ll work independently from home, gain access to training and travel industry resources, and grow with a supportive team focused on

Qualifications

Experience in travel planning or customer service preferred.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with planning vacation travel including flights, hotels, cruises, and transportation.
Coordinate and organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Provide destination recommendations based on client preferences, travel goals, and budgets.
Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications.
Provide support to travelers before and during their vacations when needed.
Monitor travel updates, schedule changes, and supplier communications.
Stay informed about travel promotions, destination information, and industry updates.
