Hope's Global Getaways is seeking a Client Vacation Specialist to assist travelers in finding ideal getaways, understand services, and arrange reservations remotely. This role supports all-inclusive resorts, cruises, luxury stays, and family trips, with training and ongoing guidance provided.

You will excel in customer service, research vacation options, manage multiple requests, and work independently in a remote setup while meeting deadlines and maintaining accurate booking records.

• Assist with arranging selected reservations through approved supplier systems.
• Review traveler information and confirm reservation accuracy.
• Maintain organized booking records, client profiles, and itinerary documents.
• Monitor deposit requirements, payment schedules, and booking deadlines.
• Respond to client inquiries and communicate important reservation updates.
• Provide follow-up assistance with routine changes and vacation preparations.
