Hope’s Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company that designs all-inclusive vacations, cruises, family trips and luxury getaways for clients worldwide. We are seeking Vacation Planning Consultants to assist clients with exploring options, selecting experiences, and managing travel arrangements.

This remote role offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, comprehensive training, and access to supplier resources.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Discuss vacation goals, destination preferences, budgets, and travel schedules with clients.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities.
• Identify vacation packages that align with client needs.
• Prepare personalized travel suggestions and explain options.
• Review pricing, amenities, inclusions, and booking policies.
• Coordinate reservations using supplier platforms.
• Ensure accuracy of traveler information and booking details.
• Maintain organized client files, confirmations, and itineraries.
• Track reservation deadlines, deposits, and payments.
• Communicate important updates and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with routine booking modifications and preparations.
• Stay informed about destination offerings and supplier updates.
