Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company offering personalized vacation planning services for destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, and luxury getaways. This remote role supports clients worldwide and emphasizes flexible scheduling and ongoing supplier training.

The Vacation Planning Consultant will research and propose vacation options, manage bookings, and maintain client communications in a virtual, client-focused environment.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another qualifying region.

Responsabilités

• Discuss vacation goals, destination preferences, budgets, and travel schedules with clients
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and recreational activities
• Identify vacation packages that align with individual client needs
• Prepare personalized travel suggestions and explain available options
• Review pricing, amenities, package inclusions, and booking policies
• Coordinate reservations using authorized supplier platforms
• Ensure accuracy of traveler information and booking details
• Maintain organized client files, confirmations, and itinerary records
• Track reservation deadlines, deposits, and payment requirements
• Communicate important updates and respond to general inquiries
• Assist with routine booking modifications and vacation preparations
• Stay informed about destination offerings, promotions, and supplier updates
