Job summary

Expressable is a fast-growing, fully remote organization focused on transforming care delivery through virtual speech therapy. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to build physician relationships in Virginia and drive referrals to grow our client base.

You will run a mix of inbound and outbound outreach, manage provider accounts, and execute regional sales plans to meet targets. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years healthcare sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare or virtual health sales experience.
• Consultative selling with quota-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Salesforce (CRM) and Google Workspace; Slack.
• Residence in Virginia; references to speech-language therapy familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build physician relationships in Virginia.
• Run inbound/outbound outreach to raise awareness of Expressable's clinical approach.
• Manage provider accounts as main contact for inquiries, referrals, and updates.
• Execute regional sales plans to meet targets.
• Educate referral partners on our care model and arrange meetings with leadership.
• Keep records of sales activities and use marketing/clinical resources to support work.
