Job summary

Expressable is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Virginia to build physician relationships and drive referrals for our virtual speech therapy platform. This full-time exempt role is remote, based in Virginia, with regular territory travel and a compensation package of $70,000–$85,000 annually plus bonus/commissions.

You will manage inbound/outbound outreach, own provider relationships, and execute regional sales plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare technology or virtual health services, pharmaceuticals, or other medical services.
• A consultative selling style, and comfort with and motivation from a quota-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, and with Google Suite and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with primary and specialty physicians, medical staff, referral coordinators, and other stakeholders in Virginia
• Run a mix of inbound and outbound outreach to raise awareness of Expressable's unique clinical approach.
• Manage provider accounts as the main point of contact for inquiries, referrals, client updates, and new initiatives.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans in your region to meet targets.
• Educate new referral partners on our care model and arrange meetings with internal leadership to generate referrals.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and account details, and use our marketing materials and clinical resources to support your work.
