Job summary

Expressable, Inc. is a fast-growing, fully remote speech therapy practice seeking a Sales Development Representative in Virginia to build physician relationships and drive referrals.

The role supports inbound and outbound outreach, manages provider accounts, and executes plans to reach sales targets. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in healthcare sales, is proficient with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Slack, and is willing to travel regionally within Virginia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare technology or virtual health services, pharmaceuticals, or other medical services.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, and with Google Suite and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with primary and specialty physicians, medical staff, referral coordinators, and other stakeholders in Virginia.
• Run a mix of inbound and outbound outreach to raise awareness of Expressable's unique clinical approach.
• Manage provider accounts as the main point of contact for inquiries, referrals, client updates, and new initiatives.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans in your region to meet targets.
• Educate new referral partners on our care model and arrange meetings with internal leadership to generate referrals.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and account details, and use our marketing materials and clinical resources to support your work.
