Job summary

Expressable is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build physician relationships in Virginia and drive referrals for new client growth. This fully remote, exempt role offers a base pay of $70,000-$85,000 annually plus bonus/commissions, with regular territory travel.

You will run inbound and outbound outreach, manage provider accounts, and execute regional sales plans to meet targets. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of healthcare sales are required, with CRM proficiency and Virginia

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare technology or virtual health services, pharmaceuticals, or other medical services.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, and with Google Suite and Slack.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, medical staff, referral coordinators, and other stakeholders in Virginia.
• Run a mix of inbound and outbound outreach to raise awareness of Expressable's approach.
• Manage provider accounts as the main contact for inquiries, referrals, and client updates.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans in your region to meet targets.
• Educate referral partners on our care model and arrange meetings with internal leadership to generate referrals.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and account details, and use marketing materials and clinical resources to support your work.
