Job summary

Expressable, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our Virginia-based team. This full-time, remote role focuses on building physician relationships in Virginia and driving referrals to grow our virtual speech therapy services.

You will manage provider accounts, conduct inbound and outbound outreach, and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed targets. Regular travel within Virginia is expected to support partnerships and ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare or related services.
• Experience generating provider referrals.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

Sales Development Representative - Virginia

Status: Full-Time Exempt | Direct Hire Pay: $70,000-$85,000 annually (plus bonus/commissions) Location: Remote, based in Virgina, with regular territory travel

We're a fast-growing, fully remote organization on a mission to make a real difference — and we know our people make that possible. We're seeking a Sales Development Representative who will build physician relationships in Virginia and secure direct referrals to drive new client growth.

Expressable is a virtual speech therapy practice on a mission to transform care delivery and expand access to high-quality services, serving thousands of clients since our inception in late 2019. Our e-learning platform contains thousands of home-based learning modules authored by our clinical team, helping SLPs empower caregivers to integrate speech therapy techniques into their child's daily life and improve outcomes. Our mission is to set a new standard in speech therapy by making every caregiver a champion of their loved one's success. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with primary and specialty physicians, medical staff, referral coordinators, and other stakeholders in Virginia
• Run a mix of inbound and outbound outreach to raise awareness of Expressable's unique clinical approach.
• Manage provider accounts as the main point of contact for inquiries, referrals, client updates, and new initiatives.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans in your region to meet targets.
• Educate new referral partners on our care model and arrange meetings with internal leadership to generate referrals.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and account details, and use our marketing materials and clinical resources to support your work.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare technology or virtual health services, pharmaceuticals, or other medical services.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, and with Google Suite and Slack.
• Experience generating provider referrals, and familiarity with speech-language therapy practice preferred.

TRAVEL

Regular territory travel in Virginia.
