Job summary

Expressable is a fast-growing, fully remote organization on a mission to transform care delivery. We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to build physician relationships in Virginia and secure direct referrals to drive client growth.

This full-time role offers $70,000-$85,000 annually plus bonus/commissions, with remote work and regular Virginia travel. You will develop trusted physician partnerships, manage provider accounts, and execute regional sales plans while educating referral

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare technology or virtual health services, pharmaceuticals, or other medical services.
• A consultative selling style, and comfort with quota-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM, and with Google Suite and Slack.
• Residence in Virginia.
• Experience generating provider referrals and familiarity with speech-language therapy practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with primary and specialty physicians, medical staff, referral coordinators, and other stakeholders in Virginia.
• Run a mix of inbound and outbound outreach to raise awareness of Expressable's unique clinical approach.
• Manage provider accounts as the main point of contact for inquiries, referrals, client updates, and new initiatives.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans in your region to meet targets.
• Educate new referral partners on our care model and arrange meetings with internal leadership to generate referrals.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and account details, and use our marketing materials and clinical resources to support your work.
