Zusammenfassung

UtiliSave LLC is seeking an Assistant Utility Issue Adjudicator to join our remote, full-time auditing team. You will interface with utility companies to resolve adjustments, track data, and support the adjudication process from 9-6 pm EST, with eligibility for US residents in time zones within one hour of EST.

Aufgaben

• Utility Issue Resolution
• Active follow-up and data management with utility companies via phone and email
• Maintain up-to-date records of progress, status and outcomes of all issues
• Monitor weekly submissions and ensure issues are tracked
• Assist in reviewing rejected issues and coordinating responses for adjudication
• Coordinate with auditing team to obtain required documentation
• Assist in routing complex issues to Legal Department for guidance and strategy
