UtiliSave LLC seeks a Forensic Regulatory Data Analyst to uncover refunds and savings in utility bills for large commercial clients. You will absorb complex tariff rules, build novel claim theories, and draft regulatory submissions. This is a full-time remote position with growth into leadership roles.

Candidate must have 1–3 years’ experience, a completed undergraduate degree, and Python proficiency to analyze billing data and generate actionable opportunities across multiple jurisdictions.

• 1–3 years of experience or equivalent in rule-based systems and analytics.
• Undergraduate degree completed or within six months of completion.
• Proficiency in Python used for data extraction and analysis.
• Ability to absorb dense regulatory rules and apply creatively.
