Entrata is seeking a Utility Auditor to manage utility invoices for multiple clients, resolving exceptions and conducting AI-assisted audits. The role collaborates with internal teams and external providers to ensure accuracy and timely processing, with emphasis on QA and KPI-driven performance.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in utilities or accounts payable, strong communication, and proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office, in a fast-paced environment with hybrid/work-from-home options.

Responsibilities

• Process client utility invoice data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Resolve invoice exceptions to ensure correct association and processing.
• Communicate with utility providers and vendors to address issues preventing invoice processing.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between account balances and payments.
• Perform system-generated audits on utility invoices and coordinate resolutions with clients and providers.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Utility Service Managers and internal teams to meet client needs.
• Support department metrics and KPIs.
