Job summary

Entrata, a global leader in AI-powered property management technology, is seeking a Utility Billing Specialist to manage a portfolio of multifamily properties and perform resident utility billing with accuracy and timeliness.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, remote with a dedicated home workspace. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel and office tools.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office / Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of multifamily housing properties
• Complete monthly resident utility billing activities in accordance with department procedures and KPIs
• Communicate directly with clients regarding billing requirements, approvals, and billing-related questions through email and phone.
• Respond to resident inquiries regarding utility charges and billing activity through email and phone
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and resolve billing issues
• Review billing information for accuracy and identify discrepancies requiring escalation
