Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience required.
• Must type 60–65 WPM.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Advanced computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple tabs, windows, and systems.
• Must complete a CSR aptitude assessment.
• Must maintain high-speed wired internet with at least 75 Mbps down and 15 Mbps up.
• Internet connection must be hardwired (no Wi‑Fi or satellite).
• Must have a secure, private work location with non-disruptive environment.
• Must have a smartphone to download a VPN app on a personal device.
• Dependability, enthusiasm for learning, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of customer calls related to utility bills, service orders, account changes, transfers, move-ins, and emergencies.
• Investigate billing questions, meter read concerns, payment issues, refund and compensation requests, and account changes.
• Initiate and update service orders, provide status information, and route escalated issues for resolution.
• Assist customers with payment arrangements and referrals to assistance programs.
• Direct customers to self-service channels while maintaining quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Meet individual performance metrics, deadlines, and team goals while multitasking across multiple systems.
