TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to engage with customers by phone, update files, and work toward resolving unpaid accounts. This is a remote role with CST/MST zone coverage and paid training.

Compensation is $15-16/hour with a monthly commission structure, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided. The position offers a team-oriented environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with consumers by phone, document updates, and seek resolutions on unpaid accounts.
• Conduct skip tracing to locate contact information and gather payment details.
• Counsel delinquent customers to facilitate payments and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and internal procedures.
• Provide feedback to management and suggest process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with consumers by telephone, approving written correspondence, and attempting to bring resolution to unpaid accounts
• Providing thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received
• Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information
• Counseling delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds to meet their payment obligations
• Complying with and staying up-to-date on all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties
• Complying with and staying up-to-date on all TSI policies and procedures
• Maintaining knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures
• Providing feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
• Making recommendations to implement improved processes
• Performing other duties as assigned by management
