TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative for a work-from-home role. You will handle consumer calls to resolve unpaid accounts, update records, and locate contact information while adhering to laws and company policies.

The position offers a base pay of $16-$18 per hour plus a monthly commission bonus structure, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should have prior collections experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in commercial collections preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Available to work 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with consumers by telephone and resolve unpaid accounts.
• Update account information accurately in computer files on each call.
• Perform skip tracing to locate consumer contact information.
• Counsel delinquent customers to arrange payments.
• Comply with applicable laws and company policies.
• Provide feedback to management and suggest process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with consumers by telephone, approving written correspondence, and attempting to bring resolution to unpaid accounts
• Providing thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received
• Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information
• Counseling delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds to meet their payment obligations
• Complying with and staying up-to-date on all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties
• Complying with and staying up-to-date on all TSI policies and procedures
• Maintaining knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures
• Providing feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
• Making recommendations to implement improved processes
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in commercial collections required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• AS/400 and FACS experience is a plus
• FDCPA knowledge is helpful

• Available to work between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in reconciliation or remediation work
• Prior experience in billing
• Quality assurance related experience
• Work at home experience
• Experience working in a metrics driven environment
• Ability to multitask and use multiple systems simultaneously

For Remote Positions

The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:

• Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
• Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
