TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Collections Representative to join our team from home. You will manage outbound and inbound calls on past-due accounts and drive payments while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years call center experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. FDCPA knowledge is preferred, along with professional phone etiquette and negotiation skills.

Work Location

This is a remote/work from home position.

Candidates hired for work-from-home positions will receive company-issued equipment. Additional details regarding equipment policies and procedures will be provided during the interview and onboarding process.

Compensation

$16.00-$18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

At our contact centers, Collection Representatives are responsible for outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments on accounts that are past due.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years previous call center experience
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
• Ability to problem solve and multitask

For Remote Positions

The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:

• Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
• Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
