TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative. This is a work-from-home role with equipment provided and paid training.

The position offers a monthly commission bonus, a team-oriented environment, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with employer matching, PTO and holidays. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and experience in commercial collections, with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers by telephone and approve written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts.
• Provide thorough, accurate account updates in computer files for each call.
• Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information.
• Counsel delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds to meet obligations.
• Comply with Federal, State, and Local laws and TSI policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures and provide feedback for process improvement.

Work Location

This is a remote/work from home position.

Compensation

$16 -18/hour + Monthly Commission Bonus Structure

Responsibilities

• Communicating with consumers by telephone, approving written correspondence, and attempting to bring resolution to unpaid accounts
• Providing thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received
• Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information
• Counseling delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds to meet their payment obligations
• Complying with and staying up-to-date on all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties
• Complying with and staying up-to-date on all TSI policies and procedures
• Maintaining knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures
• Providing feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
• Making recommendations to implement improved processes
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial collections required

• Available to work between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in reconciliation or remediation work
• Prior experience in billing
• Quality assurance related experience
• Work at home experience
• Experience working in a metrics driven environment
• Ability to multitask and use multiple systems simultaneously

For Remote Positions

The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:

• Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
• Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
