Job summary

TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative in a work-from-home capacity in the United States. The role offers $16–$18 per hour plus a monthly commission bonus and paid training.

You will handle collections calls, update accounts, and counsel delinquent consumers to resolve balances while adhering to FDCPA guidelines and company policies. A strong customer-service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call.
• Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information.
• Counseling delinquent consumers to help find funds to meet payment obligations.
• Complying with all applicable laws and TSI policies and procedures.
• Maintaining knowledge of company policies and processes.
• Providing feedback to management on problems or improvement areas.
• Making recommendations to improve processes.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with consumers by telephone, approving written correspondence, and attempting to bring resolution to unpaid accounts
• Providing thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received
• Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information
• Counseling delinquent consumers to assist in finding funds to meet their payment obligations
• Complying with and staying up-to-date on all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties
• Complying with and staying up-to-date on all TSI policies and procedures
• Maintaining knowledge of functional areas, company policies, and procedures
• Providing feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
• Making recommendations to implement improved processes
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

• Available to work between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in reconciliation or remediation work
• Prior experience in billing
• Quality assurance related experience
• Work at home experience
• Experience working in a metrics driven environment
• Ability to multitask and use multiple systems simultaneously

For Remote Positions

The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:

• Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
• Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
