ICE Consulting seeks a User Support & Junior Systems Administrator to join our IT team. You will provide top-tier technical support, help maintain servers and networks, and ensure client environments run smoothly and securely.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in user support and systems administration, a CS/IT degree, and proficiency with Windows, macOS, Office 365 and Google Workspace. You will train users, manage assets, and uphold security protocols.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in user support and systems administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proficiency in Windows and Apple operating systems.
• Experience with Windows Server (2008/2012).
• Experience with cloud services such as Office 365 and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with MDM and security protocols.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing technology and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users for hardware and software issues.
• Assist in maintenance and administration of servers and networks.
• Document and track support requests using ticketing systems.
• Conduct training sessions on IT best practices and system usage.
• Manage asset inventory of hardware and software.
• Support implementation of security protocols and monitoring systems.
