Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an IT Support / Junior Systems Administrator for a hybrid contract engagement. The role focuses on end-user support, workplace tech administration, identity and access management, and daily IT operations in a Windows-focused environment.

You will support in-office and remote staff, assist with Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion administration, onboarding/offboarding, and issue resolution while gaining broader exposure to systems administration, endpoint management,

Qualifications

• 1-2 years IT support, Help Desk, or junior systems administration experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
• Experience administering or supporting Google Workspace environments.
• Knowledge of Slack and Notion administration fundamentals.
• Understanding of identity and access management concepts including provisioning, MFA, least privilege, and access controls.
• Strong customer service, communication, and user support skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Experience supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
