Job summary

ClickView is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the execution of our growth strategy in the United States. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to build a disciplined Sales and Customer Success function, focusing on scalable growth and key customer relationships.

You will translate strategic priorities into a commercial plan, drive pipeline discipline, and coach a high-performing team across sales and customer success while collaborating with Marketing to optimize

• Proven track record leading high-growth SaaS sales teams.
• Experience building scalable go-to-market plans and pipelines.
• Strong negotiation and deal-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy with executive team to drive new business growth under a unified plan.
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a US sales team; set activity, pipeline health, and conversion targets.
• Establish disciplined operating rhythms across forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal inspection.
• Champion Salesforce CRM discipline; use data-driven insights for forecasting and reporting.
• Report to the Executive team and standardize management practices across regions.
• Cultivate relationships with key customers, schools, and districts to expand ClickView’s presence.
• Collaborate with Marketing to translate leads into qualified pipeline and share market feedback.
• Lead Customer Success to drive retention, expansion, and seamless customer experience.
• Oversee regional RFQs and strategic bids with compelling, timely responses.
