Job summary

ClickView Limited seeks a Director of Sales to lead growth across the United States, shaping expansion for a leading educational technology platform. You will own the Sales and Customer Success functions, blending strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive pipeline, forecasting discipline, and repeatable processes.

You'll translate priorities into a commercial plan, coach the team, manage key customer relationships, and spearhead opportunities where your involvement has the greatest

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in SaaS sales and customer success.
• Track record of growing revenue and market share with GTM strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US sales and customer success function to drive new business growth.
• Coach and manage a high-performing sales team with clear metrics.
• Establish robust forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal inspection rhythms.
• Drive data-driven forecasting and performance visibility using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with executive team to align regional plans with company strategy.
• Develop relationships with key customers and districts to expand presence.
• Partner with Marketing to convert leads into qualified pipeline.
• Oversee Customer Success to ensure retention and expansion.
• Manage RFQs and strategic bids with compelling proposals.
