Sourceability is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our Sales team. You will drive growth by developing new opportunities and expanding our customer base across the United States while leading a high-performing sales team.

You will partner with department heads to resolve customer issues, deliver reports to senior management, and help shape our growth strategy. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales, leadership experience, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inside sales or account management experience.
• 2+ years leading or building a sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to listen and build relationships.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and capitalize on sales opportunities from new leads and assigned customer accounts.
• Expand and strengthen the customer base across the United States while achieving revenue targets.
• Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management.
• Collaborate with department heads to address and resolve customer issues and requests.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
