Zusammenfassung

Uncapped is seeking a hands-on Partnerships Lead to own and grow our partner channel in the USA. You will prospect new brokers, affiliates, agencies, and platforms, keeping a sharp focus on revenue generation and performance reporting.

You will run end-to-end partner programs, including activation to funded deals, co-marketing, and ongoing relationship management, while leveraging a modern GTM stack (PartnerStack, HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, HeyReach, Customer.io).

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in partnerships, channel sales or similar commercial role.
• Track record of building pipeline from scratch and converting it.
• Comfort owning a revenue number and reporting against a plan.
• Working knowledge of a GTM stack and configuring tools yourself.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow the partner channel across brokers, affiliates, agencies, and platforms.
• Lead prospecting, campaigns, and reporting for the channel.
• Maintain regular partner communications and quarterly reviews.
• Manage partner economics and commission structures, with reporting.
• Own weekly channel forecast: applications, approvals, funded deals, originations.
