7Seventy is seeking a Head of People Operations to lead company-wide HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employee relations for a scaling organization in the United States. This executive role oversees the full employee lifecycle from planning and recruiting to onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.

The Head of People Operations will partner with executive leadership, manage remote teams, navigate labor law compliance, and drive data-driven HR improvements

• Experience leading people operations in a growing organization.
• Proven ability to scale HR processes and talent management.
• Experience with remote teams and sensitive employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition lifecycle including workforce planning and onboarding.
• Oversee HR operations ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Benchmark compensation and benefits; manage payroll partnerships.
• Administer HRIS (Rippling) and maintain org charts.
• Develop succession planning and learning programs.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
