When is hiring an HR Generalist to own day-to-day HR operations for our fully remote team in the United States. You will manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits, HRIS, and employee records while providing trusted support to employees and managers across states.

You will partner with our fractional Chief People Officer and our PEO to ensure compliant, practical HR policies and processes as we scale. This role emphasizes execution and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hands-on HR generalist experience.
• Experience managing core HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, records.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple states, with compliance knowledge.
• Experience handling day-to-day HR questions and employee relations with good judgement.
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS and benefits administration.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion with confidential information.
