Job summary

Alfa AI is seeking its first US Customer Success Manager to own and grow the US customer base. This is a remote role for candidates on the East Coast or Central US, ideally in Florida, Georgia, Austin, Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, Nashville, or Dallas.

The role reports into a UK-based Director of Operations and Customer Success. The ideal candidate has a strong B2B SaaS or software background, with experience speaking to customers, driving adoption, growing accounts, and building CS processes.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B SaaS or software background.
• Experience speaking with customers and driving adoption.
• Experience growing accounts and building CS processes.
• Experience in construction/industrial/manufacturing verticals (essential).
• Ability to level up CS function and mentor juniors.
• Experience reporting to senior leadership or a UK-based manager (preferred).

Responsibilities
