Qualifications

Urology or Gynecology experience preferred.
Proven ability to influence peers and communicate across a broad organization.

Responsibilities

Accelerate URO/GYN growth in key markets and regions.
Train Net New Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice.
Pivot Gynecologists/Urologists to Total Practice including SP for procedures.
Build a robust data set showing clinical and economic value of da Vinci.
Partner with leadership to conduct strategic market development activities.
Serve as market intelligence liaison for Uro/Gyn marketing and training teams.
Collaborate with Academic Marketing and Sales to boost resident education and training pipelines.
