EK Health Services Inc. seeks an Index-Intake Coordinator to prepare electronic medical case files for Healthcare Professionals. You will scan, index, label, and upload records to the Utilization Review or Medical Case Management systems, under UR supervision.

This remote, eight-hour per day (Mon-Fri) position requires strong computer skills, excellent communication, and precise data handling in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, email and Internet.

Responsabilidades

• Scan, upload and label case documents into the appropriate files.
• Sort hard copy and soft copy medical records.
• Process referrals with deadlines and send reviews to HCPs.
• Data entry for UR referrals into EK Health Services software.
