EK Health Services Inc. is seeking an Utilization Review Index Intake Coordinator for a fully remote role in AZ, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm PST. The position requires processing of medical case files and referrals, indexing, data entry, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include scanning, labeling, and uploading documents, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfort with MS Word, Excel, email, and internet tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pre-open and prepare electronic medical case files for Healthcare Professionals.
• Index, scan, categorize, and upload medical records to case management systems.
• Handle end-to-end processing of UR referrals from indexing to HCP assignment.
• Assist with overflow administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and respond to inquiries.
