Zusammenfassung

Plateful is seeking driven outbound sales representatives to join our remote team and drive revenue from warm leads and existing customers. You'll recover abandoned carts, close deals, and maximize order value through consultative selling.

In this fully remote role, leverage Shopify and CRM to navigate orders, track performance, and own your targets with a KPI-driven mindset; competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and daily incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Strong upsell and cross-sell skills are non-negotiable.
• Proven experience in sales recovery, win-back, retention, upselling, or cross-selling; $1K+ AOV experience preferred.
• Shopify and CRM experience required.
• Must be comfortable working EST hours, including night shifts and rotating weekday schedules.
• Excellent objection handling and closing skills.
• Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator with KPI-driven ownership mindset.
• Fast learner, coachable, execution-focused.
