Plateful is hiring outbound sales representatives to convert warm leads and existing customers into revenue. You will recover abandoned carts, address objections, and guide buyers to the right cookware and storage solutions, while maximizing order value and customer satisfaction.

The role is fully remote with EST hours, a base salary plus uncapped commissions, daily incentives, and benefits. You’ll thrive on a data-driven, ownership mindset and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Strong upsell and cross-sell skills; recover sales
• Proven experience in sales recovery, win-back, retention or upselling
• Shopify and CRM experience; navigate orders and carts confidently
