Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Upper Extremities Sales Associate in Raleigh, NC to partner with the Sales Representatives, learn the medical device industry, and grow the Upper Extremities business in the assigned territory.

You will attend surgeries, educate clinicians, identify sales opportunities, tailor messaging, and help meet quotas while adhering to regulatory and company policies. A degree or certification and related experience are required; military service is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or Medical Certification with related experience.
• High School Diploma with substantial related experience.
• 4+ years of active duty military service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Representatives to learn the medical device industry and grow the Upper Extremities business.
• Attend surgeries to ensure products are available and instruct surgeons on use.
• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use, updates and portfolio changes.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop customer relationships with field teams.
• Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and answer product questions.
• Perform field calls and support new sales plans to meet targets and quotas.
• Assist in inventory management and processing customer purchase orders.
• Maintain compliance with AdvaMed and regulatory guidelines.
