Job summary

Classy Crew is seeking a proactive Unity Gameplay Programmer to help build premium PC indie titles in a fully remote, async-friendly environment. You will shape core gameplay features and collaborate with the Studio Lead to push quality and performance.

You will contribute across the Unity stack (URP, C#, UI, and systems) as the third programmer, owning features and ensuring clean, modular code in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Unity Gameplay programming and creating modular features.
• Ability to read and extend existing codebases in Unity-based projects.
• Proactive, technically-minded developer with async remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Feature implementation: build gameplay features from scratch based on design docs.
• Codebase stewardship: read existing systems and implement features the right way.
• C# excellence: write optimized, readable, maintainable C# following industry best practices.
